FACE DATA & BIOMETRIC INFORMATION

Our app uses advanced face tracking technology to provide AR effects and beauty filters. This section explains our practices regarding facial and biometric data.

WHAT FACE DATA WE COLLECT

Our app uses advanced face tracking technology through Banuba SDK to provide AR effects and beauty filters. We collect facial landmarks, eye tracking data, lip movements, facial expressions, and 3D face mesh data. This data is processed locally on your device in real-time.

HOW WE USE FACE DATA

Face data is used exclusively for: AR beauty filters (skin softening, eye enhancement, teeth whitening), face morphing effects (jaw narrowing, chin shortening, cheek modifications), real-time AR masks and filters, face-enhanced video recording, and story creation with face filters.

FACE DATA STORAGE

All face tracking is processed locally on your device. We do not store or transmit raw facial tracking data to our servers. Only the final enhanced videos or photos you create are saved to your device storage.

FACE DATA RETENTION

Face tracking data exists only during active camera sessions and is not permanently stored. Enhanced content you create remains on your device until you delete it.

EXPLICIT STATEMENT ON FACE DATA RETENTION:

WE DO NOT RETAIN ANY FACE DATA OR BIOMETRIC INFORMATION. All facial tracking and biometric data is processed in real-time on your device and is immediately discarded after processing. No facial biometric data, facial landmarks, or any derivative biometric identifiers are stored, cached, or retained by our application or servers at any time.

THIRD-PARTY SHARING OF FACE DATA

We do not share, sell, or transmit your face data or biometric information with any third parties. Your facial tracking data remains exclusively on your device during processing and is never transmitted to external parties.

THIRD PARTIES WE SHARE FACE DATA WITH:

                NONE. We explicitly do not share face data with any third parties, including:
    - Analytics providers
    - Advertising networks  
    - Social media platforms
    - Cloud storage providers
    - Business partners
    - Government entities (except as required by law)
            

REASONS FOR SHARING FACE DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES:

NOT APPLICABLE. Since we do not share face data with any third parties, there are no reasons for such sharing.

THIRD-PARTY STORAGE OF FACE DATA:

NOT APPLICABLE. Since we do not share face data with third parties, no third parties store your face data through our application.

TECHNOLOGY PROVIDER CLARIFICATION:

While we use Banuba SDK for face tracking technology, this processing occurs entirely on your device. Banuba SDK processes face data locally and does not transmit or store any biometric information on external servers. The SDK operates in an offline mode for face tracking purposes.

YOUR CONTROL OVER FACE DATA

You can disable camera features at any time in app settings. You have full control to delete any face-enhanced content from your device. Face tracking only occurs when you actively use camera features.
